The completion of the Fruit Expo Center marks the next step in the development of the tropical fruit industry of Haiken Group, demonstrating Haiken's determination, confidence, and ambition to deepen reform, accelerate development, and assist in the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port. It also marks a new level of integrated development between Haiken Group and Baoting Li and Miao Autonomous County.

The planning concept, business layout, and operation mode highlight the characteristics of sea reclamation, and make every effort to build the Guobo Center into a modern hot zone botanical garden with profound historical and cultural heritage, deep integration of agriculture and tourism, rich industrial functions, and international, professional, industrialized, standardized, and digital characteristics.

The reporter learned that the planned area of the Guobo Center is about 30000 acres, which will be developed in three phases with a total investment of 3.4 billion yuan. The first phase has a planned area of 1053 acres, the second phase has a planned area of about 4000 acres, which is a demonstration area for introduced planting and a tourism supporting facility for the core area. The third phase has a planned area of about 26000 acres, which is an expansion area for promoting planting. The first phase investment is 170 million yuan, and currently 110 million yuan has been completed. It plants selected plants from 91 families and 557 varieties, and has introduced over 100 excellent and rare fruit varieties both domestically and internationally. The Guobo Center preserves mother trees such as durian, rambutan, and mangosteen introduced from the late 1950s to the early 1960s, as well as selected fruits such as coconut, yellow crystal fruit, Brazilian cherry, Australian finger lemon, avocado, pointed mira, and mysterious fruit.

Liu Pingzhi pointed out in his speech that currently, Hainan Province is conscientiously implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, adhering to the strategic framework of "one foundation, three foundations, four beams, and eight pillars", strengthening and optimizing tropical characteristic and efficient agriculture, leveraging resource advantages, promoting the integrated development of agriculture and tourism, and striving to write a new chapter in agricultural and rural modernization. The Qixianling Global Tropical Fruit Expo Center project, jointly built by Baoting and Haiken Group, has opened a new chapter in the integrated development of cultivated land. According to the deployment requirements of the provincial party committee and government, the Party and government team of Baoting closely collaborated with the Sea Reclamation Group around six "integrations": institutional mechanism integration, land reclamation planning and land use integration, key project investment planning integration, livelihood development integration, ecological environment protection integration, and resolving historical issues integration, improving the living environment of reclaimed land and meeting the growing needs of the people for a better life, We have achieved phased results and become a vivid practice of the integration reform and development of land reclamation in Hainan.

Bao Hongwen stated that the Guobo Center is a leading project for the integrated development of land reclamation. In the next step, Haiken Group will take the project construction as an opportunity to practice the "national greatness" and work together with Baoting County to promote the development of the entire industrial chain of tropical characteristic and efficient agriculture. It will build an industrial chain that integrates the introduction, planting, promotion, trading, and research of tropical fruits and vegetables, and create a window for the global "appreciation of new" tropical fruits, as well as an important platform for "tasting" tropical fruits around the world. At the same time, we will firmly establish a people-centered development concept, leverage the advantages of the sea reclamation organization, resources, industry, and brand, promote the development of the local tropical characteristic fruit industry, and build the tropical characteristic fruit industry into a "common prosperity" industry for the reclamation population, helping to revitalize villages and villages.

Mukerui stated that the smooth opening and trial operation of the Qixianling Global Tropical Fruit Expo Center has a positive driving effect on the development of tropical and efficient agriculture in Baoting and even the entire Hainan province; It will definitely promote Hainan's tropical fruits and vegetables to enter the world and attract global tropical fruits and vegetables to gather in Hainan. Next, Baoting will work together with agricultural reclamation to accelerate the introduction of high-quality tropical fruits and vegetables from around the world, establish a high standard 10000 acre Red Plum Blossom Industrial Park, create an international tropical fruit trading center, exhibition center, and national tropical fruit identification center, run a tropical fruit forum well, promote Baoting's famous, rare, and special tropical fruits to "go out to the sea and circle", and promote the quality and efficiency improvement of tropical characteristic and efficient agriculture.
